WRPC - Contractor's Registration

REGISTRATION/RENEWAL/REGULARIZATION OF CONTRACTORS

You should be viewing this page if: 1. You are applying for registration as a contractor with WRPC 2. You are renewing your existing registration as a contrator with WRPC 3. You are applying to regularize your registration as a contractor with WRPC Follow the guidance in the table to determine the appropriate form for your situation. For ALL the categories of registration, please note that that the form MUST be appended with your company’s official rubber stamp or seal. Below are links to sample Registration Forms. You are free to open or download the appropriate form depending on your category. This will provide you with the necessary guidelines on the documents to attach with your submission. You will need to take a brief moment to fill our register before you can access the sample forms. You can then proceed to the Legal Department, WRPC, Warri to collect the Application form, pay the required fees and submit the form will required documents attached.
